A lovely, welcoming and diverse community centre in the Little Horton district of Bradford. Along with a host of volunteers, the Westend Community Centre is run by hard working Christine Mann and Fran Holgate.
Over the period I photographed them, I got to know them all and understood just how important the centre is to the local community which is diverse in terms of culture, gender and age.
My photographs inspired them to create a new and contemporary website, utilising many of the images I captured there.
I wish them all the best in these times of hardship for centres such as this.
